Select Input

This is the startup screen of Registax after selecting a file using Select Input. Several elements in the image below have active regions, click at those regions to read more about their functionality or go to the NEXT PAGE

Select input (dialog)
When this button is pressed the user will be presented with a dialog where either a single Video-file (*.avi) or a sequence of Bitmap files (*.bmp) can be choosen.

Selected/deselected image
This coloured box shows the status of the image. A green box is shown for images that are selected (default) and a red one for those that are not selected. More about selection can be read at Select Frames

Show framelist
This checkbox will show a list with all the frames/bitmaps and their current selection status, more about this at Select Frames

Frameslider
This control will allow the user to browse the frames/bitmaps. The current frame number is visible to the right and for lists of BMP-files the filename is visible on the statusbar below.

FFT size
The FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) size is the size of the box that will be used during the alignment/registration of the images.
