P1000 - Equilibrium !

Who would dare to put a P1000 at full 3000 mm zoom on a so ridiculously small tripod !!

What is the trick ?
I used this 27 cm long plate from NEEWER :

I just received the shorter 20 cm model ... not good for our purpose !
not thick enough -> not so rigid and the screw will not tighten at all on the P1000.

Note : on both models, the screws can very easily be removed !

The best solution is to cut the 27 cm plate ~ at half in the case you want to use the lens hood, otherwise not necessary, just remove one screw !
